1. Are you a trading company or direct factory?

We are a real manufacturer with independent production workshops in Guangzhou. We can provide factory visiting arrangement, production inspection and direct ex-factory price without middleman markup.

2. Do you accept OEM & ODM customization?

Yes. We support custom LOGO, cabinet color, appearance shape, coin system, game program, payment system upgrade and exclusive casing development according to your requirements.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard ready models, MOQ is 1 unit for sample testing; for customized products, MOQ depends on specific customization details, we can negotiate flexibly.

4. What is your production lead time?

Samples: 3–7 working days; Bulk orders: 15–25 working days based on order quantity and customization content.

5. How about product quality and warranty policy?

All machines pass strict testing before delivery. We provide 1-year warranty for core electric components, with lifelong technical consultation and after-sales guidance.

6. What payment terms do you support?

We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, etc. Formal sales contract can be signed for large orders.

7. Can you help arrange international shipping?

Yes. We can quote EXW, FOB Guangzhou, CIF destination port and door-to-door shipping solution, cooperate with professional freight forwarders for safe container shipment.

8. Do you provide operation manuals in English?

All finished machines are equipped with English operation manuals, circuit diagrams and simple fault troubleshooting guides.

9. Can I visit your factory for inspection?

Warmly welcome customers to visit our factory at any time. Please contact our sales team in advance to make an appointment.

10. What after-sales support can I get?

We offer remote video guidance for installation, debugging, fault elimination; supply spare parts at cost price for long-term cooperation clients.
