Both. OEM covers cabinet artwork, branding, panel language, and payment hardware on an existing model. ODM covers cabinet design, PCB and software development for a machine that does not exist yet. The unit in our product photographs ships under its buyer's brand, not ours.
Yes. Spare parts, technical guidance, and remote assistance continue after installation. Before you order, ask which wearing parts are stocked and how they ship — the answer tells you how long a machine stays down when something fails.
